Only the freerun juice from the heart of the berry is extracted and a a maximum of 70 litres of wine may be obtained from 100 kg. of grapes.

Tasting Note:

This delicious rose is also Frizzante. Not technically Prosecco as its made from red grapes. However we thought it was too lovely to ignore. The lightly pressed grapes give a brilliant lively rose marasca cherry and raspberry beauty.
