The Castell del Remei estate was founded in 1780 and consists of more than 400 hectares with 80 dedicated to vine growing the estate also includes a castle a church a restaurant wine cellarsan olive and a flour mill an old distillery a barrel workshop and all the original family buildings that made it a self contained community.In 1982 the Cusine family bought the estate and with considerable investment started restoring and modernizing the estate.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot planted in the early 80.

Tasting Note:

Clear lemon colour with green hues. Delicate aroma of white flowers white fruits (pear and apple) with tropical and spicy notes (pineapple cinnamon and vanilla). On the palate it is elegant with a classy balance of clear acidity white fruits and leesy richness. It has a good length finishing with savory notes and hints of smoky oak and mineralaty.
